You will see an index list of files and/or folders when you access your site via
your real URL both with and without the 'www' (http://www.yournewsitename.com
and http://yournewsitename.com) in a browser. Often you may see your site at the
url without the www first, but not with the www. This means the DNS is only
partially resolved. When you can see the index list of files and/or folders at
BOTH different url's you know the DNS has resolved.
