Each email account is limited by default to sending between 25 to 100 mails per domain per hour. If you send over this amount in any hour, emails will be dropped, so if you've a mailing list you'll need to bear this in mind.
For true bulk-mail usage we'd recommend our private email server, SPEEDMAIL.
